Inspecting the Rugs

When our team arrives at your home or business the first thing we will do is have someone look over the rugs or carpets that you have. This will allow us to identify what type they are, what materials they are made of, and what areas may need special attention. This is all being done while the other team members are setting up the rug cleaning machines, choosing the right cleaning products, and generally preparing to get the actual cleaning started.

Dealing with the Trouble Areas

Any stains or other problem areas that are found during the inspection will be addressed first. This is important because it allows us to complete the rest of the job without having to worry that these problem areas won't look as good as the rest of the rug or carpet. These trouble areas could be places where stains are present, areas near entrances, high traffic areas, or other spots that just happen to be dirty. Our approach may include treating them with special cleaners, scrubbing the area, or some other approach that our cleaners will choose based on the details of the situation.

Full Deep Cleaning

After that has been done our team will begin the deep cleaning process for the full Oriental rug or carpets. The specific approach we will take will depend on what type of rug you have, how old it is, how dirty it is, and a number of other factors.
